Although we are primarily in the industrial staffing business, our model more closely matches that of a traditional "temporary staffing" firm combined with the quality associated with a professional search firm.  We do not operate any "labor hall - physical dispatch" offices.                                 

All of our job candidates are personally screened in our office prior to their assignment.  Many of our temporary workers enjoy long term assignments at the same client company.

In addition to our corporate office, we have 5 regional metropolitan Staffing Service Centers, an internal staff of 36 including: Sales, Operations, Administrative and Executive Management.                 Through our business alliance with our valued clients, we helped create opportunities for over 2,500 new jobs. A.S.G. Staffing was the employer of record for over 5,900 temporary employees in 2008.  A large number of our temporary workforce has multiple years of continuous employment with us and are eligible for benefits such as 401K and access to affordable health, dental and disability and supplemental insurance options.
